Presentation mode The LEDs are off until a barcode is presented to the scanner. Then the LEDs will turn on automatically to read the code. Presentation mode use ambient light to detect the barcodes. |
User must bear in mind that there are 3 key factors that might affected the scanning capability of the scanner when in presentation mode 1) The ambient light. 2) The quality of the barcode 3) Distance from the barcode to the nose of the scanner. |
