CONTEST PERIOD: 1st Dec – 12th Dec, 2359pm

ELIGIBILITY:
1. The Contest is only open to Singapore residents aged 18 years or over.
2. A potential contestant or winner is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with all terms and conditions set forth.
3. Prize(s) are NOT exchangeable for CASH.
4. By entering the contest, the participants agree to comply with these rules and regulations.

PRIZES:
1. Six months of unlimited access Universal Studios Singapore Season Pass $98/each (5 winners)
2. Five winners will be selected by Autopack and announce on our facebook page.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. All eligible entries received during the contest period will gathered into a database at the end of the contest period. 5 winners will be chosen at random. The winners will be announced on or 15th Dec 2017. If a potential prize winner does not contact or respond to Autopack within 48 hours, the prize is returned and deemed undeliverable, that potential prize winner shall forfeit the prize. In this case, another contestant shall be selected at random to receive the prize in place of the uncontactable potential winner.

2. Prizes will have to be collected from Autopack office within 5 days. Otherwise, the prize will be forfeited.

3. Neither entrants nor winners shall receive any compensation or credit for use of Entries, other than that disclosed in rules Singapore law governs the Contest.

4. The Organizer shall have the right to reproduce and distribute your Submission for promotional purposes in broadcast, print and or other media as the Organizer may determine in their sole discretion. You agree that the Organizer owns all rights, titles and interest in any compilation, collective work, or other derivative work created by the Organizer using or incorporating your Submission.

5. Autopack will not accept any responsibility for any damage, loss or injury as a result of participating in the contest.

6. In the event of a dispute, the potential winner may be required to provide proof of eligibility and that he/she is the authorized account holder of the identified Facebook profile.

7. If, for any reason, the contest is not capable of running as planned by reason of, but not limited to, bugs or technical failures, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the contest and select the winners at the Organizer’s sole discretion.

8. Autopack’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained. Autopack reserves the right to amend or change the Terms and Conditions herein at any time without prior notice. Participation in Autopack Facebook Contests (the Contest) shall constitute acceptance of the Terms and Conditions herein and any subsequent amendment(s) thereof. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions shall result in forfeiture of participation in the Contest.
