Frequently Asked Questions. - How much labels can I print with the service plan stated? The numbers of label printed is dependance on the label size that you would wish to print. - What are the advantages as compare to buying a printer? All printhead and accessories are cover (subjected to manufacturer evaluation) under the serivce plans. A next working day replacement will be follow-up if the printer is down on service. - Can I upgrade my service plan? You may upgrade your service plan to the next equivalent. However, the usage of the initial plan must be minimum 12 month of service before any upgrading. - What information do I need to start using AP's service plan? You need to know the monthly consumption for the labels and ribbons. Terms and Conditions Apply. The following are the terms and conditions that apply to the rental of equipment from AUTOPACK PTE LTD and is applicable to a 24 month contract. By accepting the equipment provided under this agreement, the Customer whose name appears on this agreement accepts and agrees to these terms and conditions. Any request for modification to the terms and conditions must be in writing and the approval must be in writing and signed by an authorized signatory of AUTOPACK PTE LTD. Equipment as referred to herein shall include all related accessories, manuals and other items to be delivered as specified in the invoice. AUTOPACK PTE LTD shall not be responsible for loss or damage to Customer’s business or property or for injury or death to persons and Customer shall indemnify AUTOPACK PTE LTD and hold it harmless for claims for any of the foregoing including associated legal fees and expenses. Rental equipment, accessories, manuals and all other items that belong to AUTOPACK PTE LTD remains the property of AUTOPACK PTE LTD. Customer shall not remove, deface, or obscure ownership labels. Customer shall not make any alterations, additions, modifications, or improvements to the Equipment and shall use it only for the purpose and in the manner for which it was intended by the manufacturer. Customer may not permit the equipment to be used by another party or at a different location without the express written consent of AUTOPACK PTE LTD. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
